Tough Ruck 2020 Registration Refund

Due to the changing and developing COVID-19 situation, we have made the decision to GO VIRTUAL for Tough Ruck 2020.  In parallel with the Boston Marathon, Tough Ruck 2020 registered participants will be given the option to participate in a Virtual Tough Ruck event in September. Registration for the Virtual Tough Ruck is separate and there is a registration fee of $24.99 and a $450 fundraising commitment to support our charity. All registered Ruckers are asked to complete the form below by July 3, 2020 and select their preference to receive a refund of their registration fee or donate their registration fee. All donations raised through your Tough Ruck 2020 campaign will support Military and First Responder Families in need and will not be transferable to participants fundraising commitments in future years. Ruckers who previously completed the withdrawal form do not need to resubmit this form.

Refunds will process within 4 weeks through Tough Ruck/WePay however it may take additional time for your financial institution to credit to your account.  Refunds will be credited to the account in which the payment was made from.


We know this is a challenging time for many especially economically. We are providing an option to refund your registration fee. Refunds will be made to original payment method. Military Friends Foundation has had a significant increase in requests for assistance from military families and families of the Fallen due to the pandemic and in recent weeks has provided over $150,000 in direct grants. Only if you are able, we invite you to consider your registration fee as a tax deductible donation to our mission.
