  • Food / High Engergy Snacks for the whole day
  • Extra Socks
  • Clean Rag / Face Cloth
  • Foot Powder & Mole Skin
  • Sun Glasses
  • Flip Flops (for afterwards)
  • Wet Weather Gear- poncho or light weight gortex top
  • Extra T-Shirt (moisture wicking is the best)
  • Ever Glide (some form of non chaffing stick)
  • Additional (Optional) Items to “add” weight:
    • Extra Set of Uniforms
    • Extra Pair of Boots
    • Extra Water
    • Wool Blanket
    • Free Weights (an option for Hard Core Ruckers)
